With the opening of U.S. stock markets just two hours away, several companies are already showing positive momentum. Roku Inc. Cl A (ROKU) is up 11.8% in pre-market trading, while GitLab Inc. Cl A (GTLB) has also experienced a boost of 6.6%.
Positive Gains for Toast Inc., Roivant Sciences Ltd., and Albertsons Cos. Inc.
In addition to Roku and GitLab, other companies such as Toast Inc. (TOST), Roivant Sciences Ltd. (ROIV), and Albertsons Cos. Inc. (ACI) are all posting gains of at least 3% early on.
Declines for Enbridge Inc. and Southwest Airlines Co.
However, it’s not all positive news. Enbridge Inc. (ENB) and Southwest Airlines Co. (LUV) have both experienced declines, falling 7.1% and 4.0% respectively.
Futures Indicate Mixed Results
S&P 500 futures are currently down 0.17%, and Dow Jones Industrial Average futures have dropped by 0.18%. Meanwhile, the Cboe Volatility Index futures are up 2.36%.

In commodities news, Brent crude oil futures are down 0.64%, while gold futures have decreased by 0.08%. On the other hand, Bitcoin has seen a slight increase of 0.11%, reaching $25,730.

The 10-Year Treasury yield has slipped to 4.245%.

During the previous regular trading session, the S&P 500 was down 0.42%, while the Dow Jones experienced a decline of 0.56%.

Stocks in Asia had a positive overnight session, with Japan’s NIKKEI 225 Index rising 0.62%, and China’s Shanghai Composite Index increasing by 0.12%. However, stocks in Europe are currently down, with the STOXX Europe 600 Index falling 0.69%, and the FTSE 100 Index dropping 0.64% from the previous close.
